I will like to follow up with you after this. Generic treatment will ensure that he avoids walking on these sores and cleanse the sores daily by way of soaking the legs in lukewarm water containing an antiseptic lotion/solution such as iodine. If there is fear of an infection, antibiotics would be recommended. Pains would be unlikely given the fact that he has neuropathy. But, there are always pain medications if need be.
