These are showing folliculitis of the armpit area.
Apply Liquid Povidone Iodine locally.
This will usually resolve this.
Antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications are required if the local treatment fails to cure.
use loose clothes, let aeration be proper as too much sweating can increase the problems.

What about the lump near nipple? Is it similar? If similar continue with the above measures.
