What Causes Sound And Gas In Stomach, Mouth Ulcer, Numbness In Hands?

Question: hello
Have the following problem; hear lot of sound from the stomach;lot of gas in stomach;; some moth ulcers & foul smell while speaking. My urine is yellow & while sleeping hands go some time numb and inner palm is shrinking . I checked all sorts of test nothing every result is coming normal
I feel some infection is present
the regular test for infection reveals nothing ( i had a recent CT scan for my stomach reveals every thing normal
i am not a female
i am a male

The history provided points to collitis and / or gastritis

Yes you are probably right there is some form of infection

I would suggest you avoid junk food, fermented and fried meals

Take a good probiotic twice a day for one week
A PPI twice a day for one week

If this does not help, get your stool examined and get back to me

If you are facing some stress do manage your stress levels as IBS also gives same symptoms

Dear Doctor

thanks for your quick reply
is there any possibility to identify what form of infection is present
what type of test i have to take go through because i am eating a lot these days

stress is not there at all.

But the feeling is some what like stomach rotation during the time of stress.
that is why i feel either viral or bacterial infection. This feeling is there due to the yellow urine which on and off happens

do you recommend any place where i go and test and share all the reports to you

for next two days i am in XXXXXXX and then i will be in los angles can you suggest me what test i have to take
my stool have no blood during the last examination one month back
i have a strong stool and not watery also
