Brief Answer:
Some important measures hold potential

Detailed Answer:
Hello My Dear.

Welcome.

I am Dr V XXXXXXX a Sr Dermatologist. I have assessed your details and will do my best to help.

In such a situation, the following works best in my patients;

1 Folica solution, applying 1 drop per square centimeter area twice daily with polythene covered or protected finger. This medicine is a an irritant and causes slight redness and itching which subside within a few minutes.

2 For the time being, please do not use any other medicine for this condition as those might interfere with overall recovery and have side effects.

It is likely that this treatment may have to be continued for several months before any visible improvement is noticed

Please let me know id there are further queries. I will be glad to help.

Best wishes
