Brief Answer:
Could be a gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The symptoms that you have stated, internal organ spasm, nausea and stinging sensation on the right side of the back could be due to gastritis or a Gastro intestinal ulcer. The first step should be to get hold of some anti acid medications like ranitidine or rabeprazole. If the symptoms reduce, the symptoms were due to excess of acid. Further you need to seek a physician who can order an ultrasound examaination of abdomen and if possible an GI endoscopy . This will help in identifying the exact cause of the pain.
Occasionally diseases of pancreas can also lead to such a presentation. This can also be diagnosed by doing a blood test of serum amylase and lipase.
You need to see your physician and get the above mentioned tests done and get the medicines prescribed.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
