What Causes Sperm Leakage During Sleep?
Question: Doctor now i am getting 26 years old still i couldnt do masturbation and monthly twice or thrice getting leaked while i am sleeping with sexual dreams so that i have a confusing in sexual life to fulfil or not .is this way normal or not , some time sperms leaked with urinal till i dint do mastubation kindly let me give some solution for this.is that necessary to consult a doctor or not .

My concern is without masturbation a person can enjoy the sexual life is that possible bacz my semons always comes out at nightfall only .most article says frquently sperms ejaculation at nightfall should take treatment.some article it says thats normal for heat body oriented person.i have confused a person without masturbation how he enjoy his sexual life is that possible.i dint do masturbation even a single time in my life.only it comes at nightfall kindly give some solution
