Brief Answer:
central vertigo
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir,
Thanks for all the details.
There are mainly 2 caused for vertigo.
1) Inner ear problems.
2) Problems of central nervous system.
From the description that you gave it appears that your vertigo is of central origin.
Leaning to one side while walking and walking crooked are typical of vertigo of central origin.
You will have to meet up with a neurophysician for complete evaluation of central nervous system to pin point the cause for vertigo.

Dr Rajkishori Godhi
