Brief Answer:
Finger tip/toe tip and finger nail/toe nail fungal infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have noted your concern and have viewed the images. You seem to have a fungal infection of the fingers and toe tip as well as the finger and toe nails.
I suggest you to take an oral anti-fungal e.g tab Terbinafine once a day for 6-8 weeks. In addition to that, I suggest you apply a topical anti-fungal e.g Terbinafine cream, twice daily.
These are prescription medications and I advice you to kindly talk to your local practitioner for a prescription of the same.
Hope I have answered your query.
