What Causes Sporadic Red Bumps On Penis After Masturbating?

Question: Hello!
Red bumps on penis started to appear a couple months ago, than go away that same day, than will appear again maybe couple days later, or a week later, randomly. Not itchy, not really blistering, no pus, no pain, very benign. Though last couple days they have been becoming more frequent. If i master-bate, it can cause them to appear. Though they were there this morning when I woke up. I sleep in the nude. I am uncircumcised. I have a GF for one month now, we have unprotected sex, she got tested for everything but herpes a couple weeks ago. My fear is herpes of course. I have attached pictures.
