Dear Dr BasI do not have any medical history. I did STD tests and passed all of them.
I am still wondering if this can be herpes or warts. I had a massage months ago but not sex. And I know herpes and warts can get by touching only. When I get these spots I also have to urinate more often and my temperature is higher. Sometimes my ass is itchy. My vision is blurry too.

Brief Answer:
Not herpes or wart.Likely fungal infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
I have gone through the photos.
It does not appear like warts or herpes.
The duration and symptoms of these lesions is not clear.
If itchy and recurrent it appears more likely to be fungal infection.
I would have recommended topical antifungal like terbinafine (sebifin) or clotrimazole( candid cream).Oral antifungal like flucanazole 150 mg weekly once .You can use cream near anus also.
Wear loose Cotton innerwears.
Maintain area moisture free.
You can use antifungal powders like candid powders after bath daily.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
