What Causes Spotting After Having Fertomid?
Question: last month i took fertomid 50mg and this month on the date when i was supposed to recieve my periods it was just spots of blood instead for menstruating,im now worried does it mean m pregnant?

The Fertomid is to induce ovulation. So missing period in this cycle may be due to pregnancy or due to other cause. The chance of being pregnant is more after taking fertomid. So you need to wait for couple of days more and get done urine pregnancy test (kit will be available. you can test it at home) This will help in diagnosis.
If no periods and the test comes negative then USG abdomen & pelvis or pervaginal scan or serum HCG levels will diagnose whether you are pregnant or not.
SO my advise is to wait for couple of days and get tested for it. You should start taking folic acid supplement since expecting for pregnancy.
