Question : My daughteris 34 years old had one healthy boy now 5 . Then had 3 miscarriages due to lake of progestrone now she's preg with twins same sac and same placenta fawn was Io weeks babies looked 6 weeks testes no heart beat , she has spotting and cramping is this not got?

Hello,

By now, at 6 weeks heart beats are expected.With no heartbeats, if she is having spotting and cramping I am suspecting a impending abortion.

Kindly get her under observation of doctor asap.A repeat ultrasound and fetal doppler can help assess current situation.
