What Causes Spotting And Delayed Periods After Taking An I Pill?

Brief Answer:
Wait & see. Hope for the best.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for consulting us.
If you have not had any other incident of unprotected sex during this cycle, the chances of you being pregnant are less, as you have taken this during the specified time.
If ipill is taken during the 2nd half of menstrual cycles it may postpone your periods .So, this may be the case with you. If you fail to start your period after a delay of one week consider repeating pregnancy test as failures do occur.
Wish you best of luck.
Take care.

It lasted for three days. And it was only in the morning. My expected date is one 23rd of april. But my period didnt come.I tested negative. So plz help me out of dis dilema.Am I pregnant? ?
Brief Answer:
This could be your period.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Knowing the facts there is a possibility that this bleeding was your period. We normally expect heavy bleeding after ipill but yours was light as it was around the middle of your cycle when bleeding started. At this time womb lining is not well grown to produce a heavy bleeding.
In that case you should not expect periods at the previous date. There will be a completely new cycle now.
Just do a blood pregnancy test to exclude pregnancy with 100% surety.
Wish you all the best.
Take care.
