What Causes Spotting Instead Of Menstruation?
Question: Hi, i had ny period nearly two weeks ago. Instead of its usual three days, it went for one day and then ive had spotting and sore enlarged breasts since. This is unusual for me and am wondering what could potentially cause this?

pl do a urine pregnancy test. if negative pl do blood pregnancy test. if its negative pl do a transvaginal scan for uterus and ovaries. if all ok so far pl do serum prolactin and TSH blood tests. pl observe your periods regularly and avoid weight gain
