The location of the lump is at the point where my shoulder starts next to the base of my neck a little above collarbone. I don't know if it's XXXXXXX I do know it's remained in the same location. It's not tender at all. I've been putting a lot of pressure by rubbing it. There's no color or redness to the area not is it hot. It feels more cylinder shaped then round. I think it's about a 1/2 inch long. I'm on no medicine not do o have any history of illness. I hope this gives you enough info. Thank you.

Brief Ans-Lump Right Shoulder/Under Evaluation
Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query updates.
Reviewed your query with the updates.Under stood your health concerns.
With this scanty and imprecise information,I would try to help you out as follows-
The lump is soft/squishy and has occurred after few days after deep tissue massage you had last week.
This very fact suggests 2 things-
Either the lump has appeared after the deep tissue massage above inner end of the collar bone-
following possibilities could be causing this squishy lump-
Trauma from deep massage lead to develop this soft lump ,which is not going after a week after it appeared.
a-This could be due to the hematoma which occurred from deep tissue massage above the collar bone.
Its painless and soft and is not regressing after a week. This supports the above possibility of the hematoma- from bruising of the deep tissue, which after few days was found as squishy painless lump .
Do's for you-to reduce worry from this Lump-
-Wait and Watch for another 2 weeks by which time such a lump would resolve on its own.
-or -Apply Voltaren Gel-and apply 2 times a day for 3-5 days time Gently over the squishy lump
-This should resolve.
-If it does'nt resolve, USG OF the lump would fix the nature of the lump .
Consult the Surgeon nearby and assess it by physical examination after USG report discussion and He would plan the right treatment to regress it accordingly.
b-or the lump was already there but was noted few days after the deep tissue massage, due to the bruises around and on the hidden lump , which was noticed few days later-
In this Scenario-such a lump could which is 1/2 inch in length ,with no other history of illness,-
-could be a Lipoma / or just a Lymph node in post triangle of the neck above the collar bone / or could be just a normal tissue in that region-
-Take Second opinion from a Surgeon, who after physical examination would get USG /CT scan done and review it with the physical findings and would resolve this tricky issue causing worries for you.
-FNAC Biopsy of such a lump in this scenario would resolve this ambiguity about its origin and could be treated accordingly by
Surgical Excision with Histo pathological study report, which would confirm the exact nature of this lump .
-Till that time don't worry of this lump -as CANCER/ NHL-HL Lymphoma, which you scare for.
My Personal Advise to you regarding this cropped up Lump-
Don't worry till you get the final Histopath study report of this lump from your doctor.
Suggestions to manage your case
Thus in your case I would suggest you to -
Consult Surgeon and Go for USG with FNAC Biopsy. If still things are not clear, then go for Surgical Excision Biopsy and plant the treatment accordingly.
This would resolve the worries and the anxiety of it being-" Cancerous or non-cancerous lump."
Hope this reply would give you vision to resolve and manage your worrisome health problem with this suddenly cropped up lump above the right collar bone.
