Question: I have a popping noise with each breath in. I think my lower back right lung, not sure about lung, it is low in the back but right under my breast in the front. Below or under my rib cage. ?

Since you are already taking Spiriva respimate (tiotropium), we should first rule out lung related diseases for your symptoms.
So get done chest x ray first.
If chest x ray is normal then no need to worry much.
Possibility of muscular noise is more likely.
