I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message. I think I can help you. The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible extra esophageal manifestation of GERD .

Meanwhile, try the following -
1. Pantocid 40 mg twice a day.
2. raise the head end of the bed.
3. avoid tea and coffee.
4. avoid alcohol and spices.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

Brief Answer:
My impression is gerd
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your response.
I feel that the information is suggestive of GERD.
As such I would not have recommended the inhaler.
I don't think it is asthma.
However, since I can't examine you I suggest doing a endoscopy before stopping any medicines.
