Brief Answer:
Treat before testing if high level of Lyme suspicion

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description , erythema migrans rash in association with recent tick exposure in an endemic region, should prompt antibiotics treatment of lyme without waiting for serological testing.

For testing EIA (Enzyme Immunossay) or IFA (Immunofluorescence assay) can be applied accordingly. Western blot confirmation test for Lyme can be done if the above tests are positive.

A blood sugar of 189 on a random sample with this HBA1c is considered normal.

Upload an image of the rash , if possible.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
