Brief Answer:
baby growing and amniotic fluid in uterus, give feeling of tightness.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there, welcome to HCM,
Stiffness and less movement at 32 weeks is because the baby is growing to full terms size soon and now the uterus and abdomen are getting stretched trying to accommodate the baby. Also previously(before 32 weeks) the baby was smaller compared to the amniotic fluid volume and the fetal movement would be rolling in the amniotic fluid. Now with lesser space due to growing baby and lesser fluid compared to size of baby only hand and feet movements of the baby are possible, this is sometimes perceived as decreased movements.
You could get an ultrasound done to measure the fetal size, whether its head first or breech first (presentation), and the amount of amniotic fluid.
Hope this helps.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
no need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX , welcome to HCM,
You do not need to worry about anything, as days go by and you approach your due date, you will feel the tightness increase and the range of fetal movements change from a roll to a small flutter like feel.
This is absolutely normal.
If you getting any pain abdomen, leaking of fluid from vagina, or absent (absolutely no ) fetal movement only then do you really need to be concerned.
So relax and do not worry, its going to be fine.
Hope this help.
Regards.

there was slight pain in the morning which is now gone I guess that was due to constipation but all normal now I mean no pain and what do you mean by leaky vagina

Brief Answer:
Breaking of waters, amniotic fluid leak

Detailed Answer:
When labour process starts, you will feel like water/fluid coming out through the vagina, this is the amniotic fluid present round the baby. We call it breaking of waters. Do not worry it usually happens after labour pain starts but its good to be aware as if it occurs before labour, a Doctor check will be required.
If there is no pain you need not worry.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
