What Causes Stiffness In Legs, Feet And Shoulder With Stabbing Pain In Chest?
Question: When I have a bad panic attack, My legs are tenses up, my feet are tensing up, also now my shoulder muscles are getting really tense.....I am also getting really pain in my back shoulders, what is it??/
I am also getting "stabbing pains" in my right chest, and stabbing pains in my feet, and leg occasionally..

Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that these symptoms can be due to anxiety neurosis. I do not think that this .Rarely these symptoms can be due to smoking, Diabetes and vitamin B 12 deficiency also.
I would suggest you to show it to any psychiatric doctor and if he thinks that it is all due to anxiety then you need to take treatment for this.
If there is no psychiatric elements then you need to check your blood works and find out if there is vitamin deficiency.
