What Causes Stinging Pain At Penis Tip And Pain After Urination?
Prostatitis/Nerve compression
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir!
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
I understand your concern.Your symptoms makes me come to two provisional diagnosis 1)Prostatitis 2)Lumbo sacral nerve compression.
Prostatitis could be a reason for your pain and it needs few weeks of antibiotic treatment..It can be bacterial and non bacterial, treatment depends on this. This pain gradually subsides with the treatment.A cystoscopy could help getting a proper view of prostates.
Once you rule out prostatitis, another possibility could be nerve compression in your lumbar spine, which might cause irritation to nerves supplying your penis. You can then go for an MRI LS spine to look for any defect.Further management can be done as per the report.
Hope this helps.Feel free to ask more.

Sounds like Urinary tract infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
Thank you so much for writing back!
Your symptom sounds like a severe UTI(might not be due to chlamydia). Please take azithromycin as prescribed by your doctor.Hope that you will get relief with this.
If you do not recover after this, then you should go for an MRI LS spine to look for nerve compression.
Hope this helps. If you have no further clarification, please rate this answer and close this discussion.

The Urologist prescribed Cipro, which I have been taking. It appeared that the medication was working, however a red itchy patch came up around the neck of the shaft and gland. I started to use a jock spray for a day or two and it cleared up.
I ejaculated a few days later and it all came back. This time my nut was sore for a day. The penis tip was swollen and a purplish dot appeared. When the purplish dot settles down it does not hurt as much. I've made another appoint for Urologist.
What are your thoughts?
Could be an infection resistant to lot of antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir!
Welcome back!
After reading your complaints it feels like you should go for urine culture to look for any bacteria's and it is resistance or sensitivity to an antibiotic.Until it gets the right antibiotic, the infection might just be on and off without complete cure.
So talk to your urologist about this test to get an overview of the same.
Hope this helps.
