Brief Answer:
Appears to be calculus

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about the shooting pain.

This appears to be urethral or urinary bladder calculus ( Stone). This needs to be identified by doing ultrasound scan.

Please get an ultrasound scan to identify the same.

This needs to be removed by cystoscopy if present.

Brief Answer:
Calculus

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand what you are describing. This is typically the pain experienced during the episodes of calculus.

I strongly feel you should rule out calculus by an ultrasound scan.

Meanwhile repeat urine test to identify the infection in urine.

Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Such sharp pain is unlikely to be vulvodynia.

Vulvodynia pain is different.

This pain is more like calculus.
