Hi,
I understand your pain. You apparently have stomach ache, back ache and nausea since 3 days and this isn't responding well enough to proton pump inhibitor and antibiotics. Before I can provide you my opinion, I would like to some more details.
1. I would like to know the location of pain. Do you mean this is an upper abdomen pain (above the belly button)? If not, can you specify the area involved in relation to the belly button (above/below, right/left).
2. It would also be helpful if you can describe the pain in terms of continuous / intermittent, dull ache / burning / stabbing / cramping pain.
3. Do you feel the pain is spreading over to the back or is the back ache independent of stomach pain?
4. Beside nausea, do you also have loose stool, fever, lump, urination problems?
5. Did you eat or drink anything unusual before the pain developed?
6. Do you consume alcohol?
7. Have you had similar complaints in the past?
8. Lastly may I know if your periods are regular and when are you due now?
Awaiting your reply...
Regards
