Stomach aches and diariah
Brief Answer:
Possible intolerance
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up question.
These symptoms happen in general to people who have developed a lactose tolerance. The doesn't involve having those symptoms when you eat lettuce though, so it should be something else in that case. I din't get the information if you had the same symptoms for both, because if not, then the problem that is caused while eating lettuce maybe is not connected at all with the problem when you eat yogurt.
My recommendation would be to avoid both of them for some time if possible, and if you have not symptoms, then all good.
If you still have symptoms even if you are avoiding them, then you should consider a visit to your local gastroenterologist, so he can examine you and do the necessary tests.
I hope I answered your question.
If not, please feel free to ask for more clarifications.
