Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms
The cause of symptoms is less likely to be related to kidney in the absence of urinary complaint and fever.
Bloating could be symptom of period
It would be more helpful if you could provide the following information
1. Where is the tenderness
2. When is your expected period
3. Is your urine clear?
4. Any increased urine frequency or burning urination?
5. Any nausea and vomiting?
6. Any feeling of generalize weakness?
7. When was your last renal function test done? Was it normal?
Awaiting your reply
Take care

My tenderness is all around my stomach, but more noticeable on the right side where my transplant kidney is.
My period is expected around about now.
My urine seems fairly clear, there is no sign of blood I can see.
I am urinating more frequently but I am drinking a lot more water than usual.
My last blood tests were done about 4 months ago and were normal.
No feeling of tiredness or nausea.

Based on your description the cause of your symptoms is due to premenstrual syndrome. It is unlikely to be related to renal disease.
