What Causes Stomach Bloating And Left Side Bulging In An IBS Patient?

Stomach bloating left side bulging, could there be nerve damage that would cause this?
Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
The nerve damage that you are emphasizing occurs mainly in diabetic gastroparesis. If you are not diabetic then nerve damage is unlikely. The abdominal distention should be worked up. Based on the fact that you have been thoroughly investigated, I hope an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis was done. If no splenomegaly or ascites or other abnormality was found then its unlikely to be a serious cause. IBS management should be emphasized with the likes of rifaximin, mebeverine , ispaghula husk and levosulpride, in consultation with your doctor. The treatment would also depend on whether its IBS constipation or diarrhea predominant.
Wishing you best of heal
Thanks
