What Causes Stomach Bloating And Tiredness?
Detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
As you used to take iron pills, I assume that you have had low hemoglobin level. Please note that low hemoglobin level at the age of 50 needs to be diagnosed with colonoscopy and gastroscopy. It is because it may indicate colon cancer. The risk of this cancer significantly rises over 50. Bloating can be a symptom of bowels obstruction due to colon cancer for example.
Tiredness can be associated with low hemoglobin level or can be a symptom of hypothyroidism. This is the second thing which should be checked.
You need to also improve your diet (increase fiber rich products and start probiotic intake).
But first of all you need to have colonoscopy done.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Regular bowel movements do not guarantee that the large intestine is fine. If you have low hemoglobin colonoscopy is extremely necessary. Pleas consider it for your safety.
