What Causes Stomach Cramps After Unprotected Sex With No Ejacultion?

default
Posted on Tue, 10 Jun 2014
Question: Last Sunday my partner and I had unprotected sex. He peed twice before it happened. Before I realized he was in me I told him to take it out because I got scared. He didn't cum in me. I have been worried sick. I have had cramps last week and all this week. This past Saturday I started having white discharge. It has stopped today. I am due for my period any day. I always have irregular periods.

Brief Answer:
Possibly Urine infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms XXXXXXX

As he did not ejaculate inside you, its unlikely that you are pregnant.
The cause of your symptoms could be due to Cystitis(infection of urinary bladder) which is quite often following sexual intercourse.
I would require additional information
1. Do you have any urinary complaints like increased frequency of urine, burning micturation, cloudy urine
2. Is the vaginal discharge foul smelling?

From the description given so far, Urinary tract infection is more likely .

I would suggest you the following

1. Urine Examination
2. Ensure intake of sufficient water: 2-3 liter per day. This is very important as ensuring good urine output will flush off the infection
3. Antibiotics: Empirical treatment with over the counter antibiotic like Norfloxacin will be helpful.
4. Antispasmodics: For abdominal cramps, Drotaverine will be helpgul.

Keep me updated about your progress.

I always drink a lot of water. There is no discomfort when I urinate. A couple of days before I start I usually get discharge. I checked just now and it is clear on my fingers and smells normal. I am just all worked up because I am not regular in my cycles and just scared I am pregnant. I know the month is not over and I know stress can cause it to be delayed. It's been stressful at work for the past couple of weeks. I made the mistake of reading the articles of early pregnancy and just starting having anxiety about it.

Brief Answer:
Less likely to be due to pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dear Ms,

I would advise you to be relaxed. As you yourself are aware its not been a month, wait for the month to be over. You would be getting the periods, it is difficult to rely on dates when you past periods are irregular.
The very anxiety of being pregnant will make one feel and attribute all the symptoms to pregnancy even if one is no pregnant. Divert your mind into work and hobbies, will make you feel better.
Get a home pregnancy test done if the dates cross 4 days following the usual expected dates of getting periods. If the ejaculate did not happen inside or near th thighs or opening the chances of conception are significantly less.
Remember , next time its always better to be safe then worried. Withdrawal method is not fool proof.

Keep me updated.

Take Care

Deepak

My period had come before late in the month before. So I should wait till like Monday or so? Believe me this is not happening again ever. The only ejaculate I saw was right above my knee. I feel less anxiety today.
