Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Symptoms of cramps and constipation after eating with history of IBS is likely an IBS failure constipation predominant IBS. All it needs is diet and lifestyle adjustments. Eat small frequent meals, avoid dairy products, spicy foods, alcohol, beverages, soda, caffeine, tea, processed canned foods etc. Use yogurt and peppermint, fibrous diet, adequate fluids and see if it helps. You may consult a doctor for some medications for these recent IBS episodes. Last but not the least gluten free diet is also necessary in your case .

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
