Brief Answer:
Abdomen cramps,liquid stool ?IBS

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
It seems you have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)with alteration in bowel habits (loose stool) with whatever limited information provided.
The non-absorbed oral antibiotic rifaximin at a dose of 400 mg three times daily is likely to work. Rifaximin is the only antibiotic with demonstrated sustained benefit beyond therapy cessation in IBS patients.
In addition small doses of loperamide, 2 mg every 8 h can be prescribed till consistency improves.
Probiotics (Bifidobacterium infantis) to naturally alter the flora is another option.
