What Causes Stomach Distress, Breathlessness, Chest Tightness, Backache, Arm Numbness And Insomnia?
Question: i have sent already some question but this is my more detail about my present consition.
3 months gone i had some attacks doctors call it anxiety. since that day till now i have stomach problems, breath stoping problem. but from yesterday i have more stomach pain , tightness, back pain in left side, left arm numbness pain.
it is 5 o clock in morning and i could not sleep with stomach pain, breath stoping, shaking, tightness.
plz asvice me what is it? shall i call emergency doctor?

You are 28 years old and have been diagnosed with anxiety three months back. Considering your past history and age in my opinion the possibility of cardiac illness is very unlikely. Most likely these symptoms are occurring due to severe anxiety attack.
If you have any anti anxiety medicine like Clonazepam or Lorazepam then that should definitely help. Try to remain relaxed and there is nothing serious. Once you become a little better visit a doctor for evaluation, no need to visit ER right now.
