Question : when I am jogging and reach a very exhausting point, my "stomach" hurts. How do I cure it?

Hi
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
I feel You are doing exercises beyond your capacity or limit.
You gradually increase over a period of days.do not overdo.take breaks/rest in between.
Take deep breaths such that it raises abdomen and if any gas will be released.
Do not drink or eat much before you jog.
Drink fluids well , at least 1 hour before jog.
Have a protein rich balanced diet.
