What Causes Stomach Pain, Sore Throat, Mouth Irritation, Severe Fatigue And Dizziness?
Question: Female. 31yrs. Old. I was treated for h. Pylori in august 2015 i had stomach ache and diarrhea over a week after taking antibiotics i starting getting many symptoms. Stomach ache in the upper part, sore throat, mouth irritation, phlegm build up after eating, feeling something stuck in my throat, extreme fatigue, dizziness. Upper endoscopy didn't show anything. Other test show high prolactin (taking cabergoline .5 mg currently) and high blood pressure. I started feeling better in dec.
Now april 2016 i am waking up with sore throat with swollen lymph nodes on my neck and it goes away during the day and also indigestion feeling and irritated mouth as if i had burnt it eating something sour and a few days ago woke up cover in sweat. I'm starting to think i might have HIV. I was tested in August With my pap smear and std test and it was all negative but i had a new partner from May 2015-March 2016. Can it be possible to have symptoms that come and go? Some doctors suggest i might have GERD but i'm worried.

Brief Answer:
Give more details about the exposure or the partner.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
The symptoms you had mentioned are suggestive of GERD so better to conslult your physician to rule out the cause and then follow treatment advice.
As far as HIV is concerned I don't think there is any possibility in your case but still I want some details about any exposure or the partner to explain you in much better way because having multiple sexual partners is high risk for HIV so get back to me with details. Don't get worried or tensed till then.
Thank You

Brief Answer:
I suggest for HIV and STD panel test.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.
You had unprotected sex many times with partner who had history of multiple partners than it can be risky so I suggest you to go for HIV and STD panel tests to confirm your status.
Your stomach problem is not related to HIV what I think, it is mostly due to GERD so don't think much about HIV and consult physician to isolate the real cause for further management.
Hope this info will help you. If still any doubt left in your mind feel free to ask me and I am always here to help you. Be relaxed and move on in life happily.
Thank You
