Hi,

Thanks for writing to HCM.

You seem to be having gastroenteritis.

I would suggest that you take a course of antibiotics like metronidazole and a ppi like omeprazole or pantaprazole to relieve the stomach pain. Also adding a preprobiotic to the above will hasten the recovery by replenishing the good gut bacteria.

Antibiotics are prescription only drugs and your local physician will know about it.
