Brief Answer: Answer given below Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for posting your query. I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you. You can get two issues by eating outside - infection and acidity related issues. Now how to avoid these - 1. Eat in good restaurants. 2. Drink only packaged water 3. Eat only food that are served hot 4. Avoid coffee, tomatoes, citrus, fatty food, spicy food/masala 5. No alcohol Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr.R.K
