Hi
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic.
Candida is a fungus, which is a form of yeast, and a very small amount of it lives in your mouth and intestines. But when overproduced, candida can break down the wall of the intestine and penetrate the bloodstream causing digestive problems.
Following precautions should be taken to avoid candida outgrowth in future-
Don't eat a diet high in refined carbohydrates and sugar
No alcohol.
Avoid oral contraceptives
Avoid eating a diet high in beneficial fermented foods (like Kombucha, sauerkraut, and pickles)
Follow stress free lifestyle
Probiotic should be used regularly.
Thanks
