Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

It seems like bacterial overgrowth, but it can be intolerance to some food. If he has gotten some tests done, please upload them for my review. If not, I would advice that he goes for basic blood tests including CBC (complete blood count),
ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate)
CRP (C-Reactive protein)
CMP (comprehensive metabolic panel) to determine electrolyte, protein, and calcium levels, and to verify the status of the kidney and liver
Vitamin D and B12 and folate levels in blood
Stool fat, to help evaluate malabsorption,
tests for celiac disease like tissue transglutaminase antibody, antiendomysial antibody.

Along with this we can try taking out some foods from his diet. To start with we can take out lactose containing foods like milk, and milk products and see if his symptoms get better over a 2 - 3 weeks.

He can also try drinking pure water from RO system.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Firstly blood tests to be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

The blood tests that I wrote in my previous answer are specific. Among the tests for celiac disease, you can do just one of them.

Bacterial overgrowth can be controlled with antibiotics like amoxicillin but it tends to come back. Tulsi leaves are natural antibiotics.
Before going for any antibiotics I would suggest that you get the blood tests done and try lactose free diet for a few weeks.

Hope it helps.

Can you please help with some natural medicines for smooth bowel movements. He has tried almost everything ranging from isabgul husks , kayamchurn and all. That will be a great help. He does not get regular bowel movement and he gets only smelly farts.

Brief Answer:
Gasex

Detailed Answer:
Hi

He can try Gasex tablets by Himalaya company. But such products should be taken on as needed basis and not in routine.

Another tablet is Raktashodhini vati by XXXXXXX XXXXXXX ayurveda.
