Brief Answer:
Fungal infection in groin; Oral and topical antifungal for 4 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have reviewed the Images. You definitely seem to have a fungal infection in groin folds. Calamine is a soothing lotion would only provide symptomatic relief with curing it. It is not a treatment for fungal infection.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest a course of an Oral antifungal e.g fluconazole tablet, once weekly for 4-6 weeks. In addition I would suggest you to apply a topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% + beclomethasone dipropionate 0.025% cream(Clotrin-b cream), twice daily for a 4 week period.
You may take a tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily in evening for symptomatic relief from itching.
These are all prescription drugs and I suggest that you use them under supervision and guidance of your local doctor.
General measures would include bathing twice daily, specially in hot and humid weather and wearing loose fitting trousers and cotton undergarments.
The condition on penis is a 'dorsal penile frenulum' which is a very rare condition but easily remediable.
The frenulum needs to be severed surgically by a minor procedure. I suggest you to visit a surgeon in your region for the needful.
Regards
Good luck
