Question: I have a strong metalic smell when breathing through my nose as well as a strong metalic taste in my mouth which has been present for about three months. This is always present and has ruined my taste for food and wine and coffee are extremely bitter and unpleasant. This condition has become worse in the last few weeks and has included some stomach discomfort.
