What Causes Strong Yellow Colored Urine?
Question: My urine has been a strong yellow color for awhile. I do drink about 8-10 glasses of water daily. I wear a panty liner because I do have a slight bladder leakage. The color on the panty liner in the am is stained brown. What could be the cause.

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
If you noticed the color on the panty liner early in the am stained brown, then, this could be due to concentrated urine during nighttime.
You are also reporting to have done a blood work around 6 months ago, but you did not mention about running urine analysis or vaginal swab testing and Pap smear test.
If you have not run any until now, I advise to consult with your doctor to run:
- urine analysis and urine culture and sensitivity testing
- vaginal swab testing
- Pap smear
- abdominal ultrasound
in order to rule out uro-genital infection.
