Brief Ans-Cause of Sudden Absence of Pedal pulse on one side / Under Investigation.
Hi,Dear,Welcome with your query to HCM.
I studied your query and I understood your health concerns.
With the least available information for your health concern,to reply is a very difficult job work.
But with My expertise I would try to reply after I get some more information as follows-
Since When did the pulse vanish or is absent?which side the pedal pulse is lost?
Did you undergo any recent physical stress to bother your legs? like long walk / or long standing etc.
Do you have high bp/ diabetes/dis-lipidemia ?
Do you take any medicines for any medical or surgical illness known to you currently or in the past?
Is your affected foot is cold/ or warm still, after you the lost pedal pulse?
When did you visit your doctor?
Please update the picture of the affected foot with the other foot for comparison?
Explain more on -Occasional XXXXXXX Horse ?
My Impression -
Prima facie You seem to have a lost pedal pulse, that is absent pulse in Anterior Pedal artery(Anterior or/ Dorsalis Pedis Artery)of the one side foot.
As you submit and based on that, the color of the foot is good / Hope its warm also and not cold after that attack.
Await for more information till the next session, when I would review and help you out with more suggestions.
Welcome for any further query in this regard, which I would love to attend in next session soon.
Hope next reply would help you to plan further treatment with your doctors and to recoup fast,by taking opportune steps for caring your affected foot soon, as suggested in the next session
Will appreciate YOU,to write your excellent review feedback comments of this service experience, to help the needy patient visitors like YOU, at HCM services.
Good Day!!
