Brief Answer:
Recurrent ulcers could be due to stress, acidity..

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

Recurrent oral ulcers are due to various reasons, to mention a few:
1. Stress
2. Taking excess spicy/oily foods, fizzy drinks, hot/chilled food and beverages
3. Smoking
4. Vitamin deficiencies
5. Acidity
6. On medications for other problems
7. Consuming rough food such as chips, broasted chicken, etc.

If you have any of the above problems, it needs to be tackled.

My suggestions to you are:
1. Drink plenty of warm water
2. Eat adequate fresh fruits and vegetables
3. Try taking OTC mouth ulcer gel
4. Avoid those things which aggravate your mouths blisters and ulcers
5. If it's not getting better with symptomatic measures and medications you may require oral steroid tablets of low dosage and strength for 3-4 days

Hope I have answered your query; I'll be available for the follow up queries.
