Brief Answer:
you need to get clinically examined and investigated thoroughly ..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

So far from this description what I've been able to extract is, you don't have any problem to get in to sleep, but what is bothering you is sudden arousal from sleep feeling excessive hot and hearing noises during deep sleep..

Most likely, during the deep sleep(REM stage of sleep) your actually dreaming vividly, which is responsible of those feeling of moving in the air and at the extreme point of that, it's actually you in your sleep who's generating that sound (as an incomprehensible but audible sound), which is ultimately waking you up..
And due to all these factors, there's a sudden gush of blood supply and a temporary elevated blood pressure and release of some stress hormones, resulting you to feel so hot all of a sudden, yes;complicated explanation but does it make sense now ??

It can be totally a normal finding, but still you need to get an assessment of your sleep(Sleep test), and an assessment by a Sleep specialist / Neurologist / Psychologist for a detailed clinical assessment to rule out any organic pathology, if at all (CBC, electrolytes, thyroid profile, Vit D3, vit B12 level may need to be checked)..

Even if everything comes back normal, i'd still suggest a sit-down round with a psychologist for a detailed clinical history and assessment accordingly..

I've tried to make it as simple as possible for you to understand, let me know if your having any further doubts..

Let me know how you stay in the due course..

Take Care
Kind Regards
