Brief Answer:
needs further investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern.

I would advise you to get an EKG and Ultrasound abdomen done , to rule out a cardiovascular issue.

Atypical symptoms can occur with cardiac problems but the nature of your symptoms doesn't indicate a cardiac issue, nevertheless , the heart must be ruled out first.

If the investigations are clear, then its most probably a musculoskeletal problem.
You should go for further workup afterwards in consultation with your doctor including

Echocardiogram
Stress test
Chest X ray
