I have completely reviewed your health query, and can well realize all those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will give extend my expertise to solve the problems.
Tongue discoloration is a serious sign for some underlying disease and if it turns blue it is usually due to a condition called Cyanosis--This is a medical problem that starts when tissues are deficient in their oxygen supply.
Probabilities for Cyanosis and Blue discoloration of the tongue may be:
Some disorders related to the blood that cause insufficient oxygenation of the blood and tissue supply of oxygen is compromised.
Narrowed or obstructed blood vessels not providing enough blood to the tongue.
Lungs disease-causing defective ventilation or oxygenation of the blood in lungs. Patients with asthma, COPD, Pneumonia, or sudden problems with respiration may have this issue.
Heart not pumping sufficiently due to heart disease (Perfusion issues).
So this is an issue to be dealt on emergent basis. Please go to the ER for proper evaluation and management accordingly.
