Brief Answer:
no cause for breathlessness as per these reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking HealthcareMagic,

I evaluated carefully the results of the blood tests you have already done.

According to them, the white blood cells and Hematocrit are a little bit high probably due to an infectious situation in the body.

The levels of sugar are slightly elevated which means that you are predisposed for glucose intolerance and you should be on a diet.

However, no one of the tests is related to the breathing problems.

To determine the cause of breathlessness, I would recommend you to do the following investigations:

Chest X-Ray
Spirometry test
ABG(Arterial Blood Gas)

These are for lung diseases that might cause breathlessness.

If they come positive, then your doctor will prescribe you some inhalers like Ventolin for up to a month.

After having the results you can attach the results so that I can assist you accordingly.

Regards

makes no sense on why you say that those test having nothing to do with my breathing. my blood levels have nothing to do with my oxygen levels?

Brief Answer:
ABG should be done to determine that

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

Among the results you have uploaded here, there's no blood gas analysis, please note that the arterial blood gas (ABG) test is the one which is related directly with breathlessness due to lung problems.

One of those reports showed only the carbon dioxide level (in venous blood) which is also within normal range.

As mentioned earlier, these tests don't show any problem related to difficulty in breathing that you are experiencing.

Best Wishes

I'm not sure if it's a easy thing for alot of doctor to do .just blame it on ahsma issues.
2 in half years I been in and out of er because my oxygen drops down to 78-82 and I feel like I'm being sufficated . my lungs don't hurt . seems like every month on my period it starts over. go to the hospital in told I'm having a ashma attack. breathing treatment steroid and sent home.
one time I was told I had asperated ashma and was kept for 4days and only that time was I was bl to say I left feeling like I new person only lasted about a month and it starting all over again.
I was a smoker and haven't had a cigarette in 6months. still nothing has changed.
I have taken the test you recommend before they never said anything to me about the result.
instead of ppl telling me I have ashma or starts of copd I need to hear something else .that stuff should be something I could of already managed to make it not such a everyday stress in my life .
it has to do with my blood not flowing right. why else does my period effect me.

Brief Answer:
Taking Seretide inhaler would help

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I am really sorry for your situation

Yes, I do agree that it might be more asthma than COPD according to the history you provide.

If you were my patient I would recommend a continuous treatment with inhalers (like Seretide twice) a combination with steroids and long-acting bronchodilator for up to three months

Usually, the periods time may trigger the asthma attacks in some women.

Do not worry so much.

Even if it's asthma, it's a quite well-treated condition and the patient will stay free of symptoms for years.

In my opinion, this is asthma not so well controlled.

Please discuss with your doctor for the above treatment.

I am sure you will be better with it.

Take care
