Brief Answer:
How much Thyroxine do you take? Are you feeling more tired than before?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this change in your bowel habits. I have reviewed the information fully. With you taking supplements for hypothyroidism, this could be suggestive of the fact that you are being under medicated. How much of levothyroxine do you take? Has there been any symptoms like dry skin, fatigue, slow heart beats, etc. If you have some of these, it could point to the fact that you may need higher dosages to keep your thyroid under check. Also, have you had any recent testing to see how well your thyroid numbers(TSH) are?

In all, your stool is suggestive of constipation. This can be seen in persons with low thyroids who are being under medicated. With no chafe in your diet, I will suggest that your treatment for low thyroid gets evaluated as this is a probable cause of the change in stools.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
