
What Causes Sudden Change In Menstrual Cycle?

Question: My cycle changed all of a sudden from 32days to 22 days..now I dont know when to expect my next period..is this normal or there's more to it

The menstrual cycle undergoes gradual change as you age. Uusually they become more regular and last 28-30 days.
If only one or 2 cycles have come early then it doesn't mean that they have changed.
Only if over a period of 4-5 month all your cycles are of 22 days then we can say now that your cycle pattern has completely changed.
Anxiety, recent illness,drugs. Pregnancy can sometimes alter cycles temporarily.
Even if your cycle pattern had changed and after 2-3 months you are getting them every 22 day it's normal.
Normal cycle range fRom 21to 35 days.
So it's perfectly normal.
