What Causes Sudden Chest Pain After Lifting A Heavy Object?

Question: Hello Doctor
I am 34 years male. Last week i lifted a heavy object and acquired pain in my chest (both left and right). The location of the pain is below the neck and near the hand joints. Since it was related to chest, i was asked to take echo, but the results were completely normal. Now i doubt that this may be due to muscle sprain or tear.
Can u kindly advise me. I get pain when i lift weight or walk.
Please help!

Apply ice to the affected region. Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights. Take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days.
