Brief Answer:
Urgently visit to an ER for examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The symptoms may be of posterior circulation stroke or acute vestibular neuronitis.
You should urgently consult an ER for examination and need for any CT or MRI.
In case examination is not suggestive of stroke, then anti vertigo medications can be taken like cinnarizine, betahistine.
Get your blood pressure measured too.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
